Collaboriamo deals with community design, a discipline that studies how to create the context for people to co-create value with organizations.
We believe in relationships as an increasingly necessary lever today to transform processes, markets, organizations.
This is why we have developed an original approach, method, and tools designed to support all organizations wishing to transform customers, employees, suppliers into a community capable of producing and co-creating value.
Collaboriamo was founded in 2013 as a leading organization in promoting and disseminating the collaborative economy in Italy. From 2013 to 2017 he curated and organized Sharitaly, the most important event in Italy on the sharing economy, and published every year a report on the state of the collaborative economy in Italy.
Over time we have specialized in the design of innovative platform business models by developing a framework capable of defining the tools and usability necessary to prepare the growth of services. From the training and consulting projects provided in this area, we have gained the experience that has allowed us to develop today an original and new approach to community design.
We, therefore, offer consultancy courses on platform & community design, from as is photography, to identify the gaps to be filled, to designing the strategy, prototype, and service growth. We support the customer with training and capacity-building courses to guide them and make them independent in community management.
We work in partnership with the Trialab laboratory of the Catholic University of Milan and with the Desis Laboratory of the Milan Polytechnic. Over the years we have worked with large companies such as Banca Intesa, Reale Mutua, Leroy Merlin, business networks (CNA) and consumers (Altroconsumo), digital companies (Airbnb, Blablacar, Rete del Dono), cooperatives (Il Seme), and local administrations.
